Quotes provided through the website, phone, or email may be based on the information you provide and may change if the scope of the move changes, such as additional items, heavier items, difficult access, extra stops, or schedule changes.
4) Scheduling and cancellations
Move dates and arrival windows are confirmed once scheduled with us. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you should contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation fees, rescheduling policies, deposits, and service terms will be provided during booking or in your service agreement.
5) Calls, texts, and communication consent (TCPA)
If you provide your phone number, you agree that Irving Movers may contact you via phone call or SMS regarding quotes, scheduling, move updates, service changes, and customer support.

6) Service limitations and customer responsibilities
You agree to:
- Ensure access to pickup and delivery locations
- Notify us in advance about heavy, fragile, or specialty items

- Ensure pets and children are safely away from moving areas
- Follow any building rules or reservation requirements
We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, incorrect information, unsafe conditions, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
7) Prohibited use

- Attempt to access or disrupt our systems
- Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data
- Submit false or misleading information
- Send spam, malware, or abusive content
